As a Spiritual Counselor I serve a wide spectrum of people, ranging from well-seasoned travelers with decades of experience on the spiritual path, to those just beginning their journey... to a whole range in between

Seasoned Travelers/Practitioners:
On one side of the spectrum there are those who have had a dedicated spiritual practice for many years. They may feel they have a strong practice which enables them to connect to something Higher or Bigger than themselves, i.e. a good vertical connection to Spirit. Some of them may feel very solid in their practice, feel like they are actualizing their potential, but know there is deeper to go. They may simply desire to have someone support them in discovering their next steps or be there to witness as they sort through their inner material.
Other seasoned travelers may feel their vertical connection is strong, but they can't sustain this for extended periods of time - especially when interacting in the outside world, the working world, the marketplace, or the relational field with others (spouse, partner, family member, friends, co-workers, or strangers). Overall they tend to feel like their lives are bifurcated between private inner reality and public outer reality.
Others may also feel that even though they have a strong spiritual connection they still judge themselves and/or others harshly, they don't fully love themselves, they are not stoked about life (waking up each day as a "Yes!"), or they haven't yet found their sacred purpose --how to manifest their soul's wisdom, purpose and gifts in the world.

Those Recently Starting Out:
On the other end of the spectrum are people who don't feel like they have much of a spiritual (vertical) connection at all. They are consumed with the details of their daily lives - whether they are struggling to make ends meet or feeling numbed-out and/or overwhelmed by excess. Either way they are completely absorbed with the material world.
Whether wealthy or poor, they tend to feel an emptiness inside, a lack of self-worth, feelings of being broken in some way, not special, not good enough - deficient. They believe their self-worth is determined by what they do, produce, or own in the outside world. Most suffer from this dis-ease and are unaware of it. They unknowingly cope by numbing themselves with food, drugs, sex, entertainment, shopping, over-working, status seeking, and more.
Hidden beneath layers of personal and collective trauma and conditioning, they yearn to cultivate a deeper connection with the spiritual realm, with the true beauty and abundance of their authentic selves, even when they don't have the words to express it. These people are seeking meaning and purpose that extends beyond their current "default lives."
