How We Work Together

Through the use of down-to-earth applicable mystical principles and practices:

  • I hold sacred space for you to be with yourself and be witnessed in deep presence

  • I listen whole-heartedly, with deep attention and curiosity, attuning to you from a space of warmth, non-judgement and neutrality. I see every person I meet with as a divine treasure I have the honor to behold.

  • I guide you through processes to deepen your relationship with your spiritual essence and future potential - the birthright of your divine spiritual identity

  • We explore and convert shadow places of fear, anxiety and shame into gifts - the Curriculum or Life Transformation
     
  • We expose the blocks and barriers --places of fear, anxiety & shame-- to living a heart-centered, powerful, passionate, will-full, whole, spiritually activated life - and track them back to their primary karmic roots, usually associated with core events during a formative stage of development.
  • I support you in untying, dis-integrating and re-integrating these "karmic knots" (un-integrated parts, habitual inertia in the form of conditioned behavior patterns and "childhood survival strategies").

  • We make space for uncomfortable and unpleasant feelings that you may tend to avoid, suppress, distract or numb from - and instead, learn to consciously embrace "what is" (say "yes" instead of "no", move toward instead of away from) and kindly welcome and accept formerly banished parts of yourself.  

  • We seek out the places that you've been hiding from, the hurt, the shame, the dark places, those feelings of systemic deficiency, and together we alchemically transform them.

  • We unbind and unwind these chords of energy --rewiring neural pathways-- which have been inhibiting the authentic expression of your whole-self, your inherent power, and your full flow of energy & passion for life.

These practices help you gain more access to empowered states of being and align with your sacred purpose, while simultaneously navigating the challenges of daily living in the outer world of work & relationships. 

It is our human patterned tendency to avoid and numb from the places inside that drain our life-force - the negative habitual thoughts, feelings and patterns that plague us (fear, anxiety, stress, shame & trauma).

Fee Structure:

  • Private Sessions are $120 an hour, with a discount for packages
  • Group sessions depend on the circumstance. You'll be given a detailed quote after our Discovery Session.
